Dancingrl130's Review March 23, 2004 @ 5:35 p.m. Dancingrl130~*!*~ Wonderful Me ~*~Username and Title: I'm not a big fan of the numbers, unless it means something outright. But I didn't see any correlation between you and 130, it seemed a bit random. And The wonderful me part could go one of two ways, either really cute or really self absorbed. I couldn't decide which one I thought it was, I think I was leaning more towards cute, but who knows. - -3/5. ~*~Thoughts While The Page Was Loading:Pink, lots and lots of pink. Wow...that is a lot of pink. -3/5. The Starlit-Lily Factor: ~*~Does Your Soul Shine Through? Yes, You seem to really love life. You get out there and you live it and you take some time to come back and write about it. When I first started reading your diary I would have said no, your soul is transparent it doesn't shine. You wrote about day to day events and never said much of anything to give me a hint as you and what was going on. But the more I read the more I began to see that yes, you do shine through. It takes a little bit of reading to find it, but its there.-30/35. ~*~Are You Observant Of Beauty? Yes, most definitely. You are very much about the beauty in life. You look to the brighter side of things and you find beauty in even the smallest things (like songs you heard on the radio). You look to every day life to find something beautiful, something magical. It is almost like even in the simple tedious things you find beauty everywhere. -34/35. Layout: Maybe it is just my screen resolution but your layout annoyed me. I think aesthetically it is nice to look at but I constantly had to scroll this way and that way and up and down and by the time I had the screen set so that I could actually read something I just didn't want to. Like I said, I really like the layout itself, the picture fits perfectly with what you write and the colors are beautiful. But I just could not get past the constant scrolling. -10/20. Navigation: All to the right, but again I had to scroll over and set my screen to actually see it. -7/10. Content: ~*~Your Content: I read June through September and then January and February of 2004. You seem to be a very positive person as I said before. You look at the bright side of things and you seem to be very well adjusted in yourself and your life. You write about the things that interest you and that make you happy. It works, its a light read and I like it. I also like that you are improving as a writer. Having read the first few months of your diary you really have changed your style. It seems like you are beginning to focus more on your feelings and less on your actions. I like that about you. I like that you really are trying to write something deep these days. One of the things that bothers me about diaries is that they tell you instead of showing you. You went from telling us you to showing us how you fell imperfect but accept it. You saw that in your writing and it seems like you are beginning to make a change. You are picking up a paintbrush and painting a picture with your words instead of making a list. I hope that you keep up with this trend of improvement. You could have gone on giving us a day to day and been fine. But you wanted to improve, you felt something and you wanted to share it. I really do hope that you keep that up, its beautiful when people aren't afraid to change. -65/70. ~*~Your Grammar and Spelling: You tend to make tiny phonetic spelling mistakes here and there and your grammar could use some work -7/10. Extras: Will I Return? I don't know, I'll say maybe. I probably won't just because its not really my kind of read, but it was nice and I may check back on you every now and then. Comments: I wasn't sure what to think of your diary right off the bat. Part of me was annoyed with the entries I was clicking through. You seemed so one sided. But as I said before, I stuck with it and really got to see the change in you. Your diary is nice, and it is coming along nicely. Keep it up.
